Reviewer guidelines

Peer review
Reviewers for each issue of the journal will be assigned according to the topics of the articles. Reviewers are determined by the journal editor, and the evaluation of the article must go through the following stages:

Anonymous review:
At this stage, the reviewer does not know who owns the article being reviewed. Articles for submission to a journal are submitted to a reviewer through coding. This method hides the identity of the author and reviewers.

Initial evaluation process:
Articles are first assessed by editors. At this stage, those articles that do not correspond to the goals and principles of the journal, are written in the languages of Turkic peoples and in weak English style will be rejected. Accepted articles will be sent to reviewers for the first stage.
Referee appointment process:
Reviewers are identified depending on the content of the articles and the field of science. Reviewers for each issue will be assigned in accordance with the topics of the articles. Reviewers are identified by the journal editor and at least two reviewers are assigned to evaluate the article.
Referee Report:
The reviewer’s opinion is given mainly based on the innovation of the articles, the method of writing, compliance with ethical rules, the correctness of the presentation of innovations and results, completeness and relevance from the point of view of the literature. Here the analysis is carried out according to the following principles:
• Reviewers will have four weeks to evaluate.
• Revision suggestions from reviewers must be completed and returned to the authors within three weeks.
• Reviewers may request revisions to an article multiple times if necessary.

Conclusion:
Corrections and recommendations from reviewers are reviewed no later than two weeks. Based on the results of this analysis, the editor makes the final decision on the article.
